Hosted by Trinity Church in Lusaka, YWAM Kona and Kubamba served through the Go Africa Tour in schools, communities, universities and churches.
YWAM Kona came to Zambia as part of the Go Africa Tour and was hosted by Trinity Church in Lusaka. Together with Kubamba, the team partnered with one of our local churches to carry the good news of Jesus into schools, communities, universities and other churches.
Serving through local partnership
The partnership opened doors for school ministry, university outreach, church gatherings and conversations in local communities. Team members listened, prayed, shared their faith and served alongside people who know these places and relationships well.
Prayer at the centre
Prayer and worship held the different parts of the tour together. Whether the team was gathered in a church or sitting with someone one-to-one, the heart was the same: to notice people, make room for honest conversation and point them toward Jesus.
