Youth With A Mission is a movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups and Christian traditions. These eighteen values describe the beliefs and practices that have shaped the mission since 1960 — and shape life at Lusaka today.
Statement of purpose
Youth With A Mission is dedicated to presenting Jesus personally to this generation, to mobilising as many as possible to help in this task, and to training and equipping believers for their part in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Living it out at Lusaka
- We know God and make Him known through DTS, discipleship and daily community life.
- We function in teams and champion young people, releasing Zambians and Africans into the nations.
- We value families and practice hospitality — the base is a home as well as a training centre.
These values are not a checklist but a way of life. They shape how we pray, how we train, how we serve our neighbours in Lusaka, and how we send people to the ends of the earth.
